You can mail us your information and we will prepare your income tax return and
then we will mail the return back to you to sign and then you mail it in.
You will need:
1. A copy of your W-2 (if self-employed write down income, expenses, and occupation).
2. Write down any information that you are adding or deleting from last year return.
3. A copy of your last year tax return if we didn't prepare your return last year.
4. If you want direct deposit, send a voided check.
5. Write down your phone number and email address.
6. Send a money order or check made payable to "TDSC" and mail to the address below:
a. 1040EZ...$60 (Easy-Form)
b. 1040A.....$75 (Short-Form)
c. 1040.......$90 (Long-Form)

You can pay online via PayPal or you can send check or money order payable to "TDSC".
